Making a Tee Time for the Golf Courses at Incline Village

The summer weather is here and there is no better time to relax and spend some time on the golf course. As the high season approaches and our season heats up, it is advisable to make a tee time in advance to ensure you get your preferred spot on the course. The following details the best way to make a tee time and spells out some general information about tee times.

General Information

Tee times can be made up to 90 days in advance.
Outside of two weeks, there is a pre-booking fee associated with all tee times in order to ensure you get a preferable time.
Championship Course: Non-Resident $15 per player / Resident- $10/player
Mountain Course: Non-Resident $10 per player / Resident-$5/player

• Tee times made within two weeks have no pre-booking fee associated with them.
• The standard form of play is a foursome to ensure the most enjoyable time for every guest that plays. Groups will be paired up with each other to establish new relationships and maintain a constant flow of pace throughout the course.
• Should a group of two or three players wish to play alone, they may pay for the other spots or golf later in the day at a time when the course is not so busy.
• Singles may call the Golf Shop and enquire about tee times, but generally will be taken on a standby basis the day of play.
• The courses at Incline Village do have a 72 hour cancellation policy.
  

Golf Shops

The best way to make a tee time is to speak directly to one of our attendants in the Golf Shop. Our attendants are knowledgeable and up to date about all details of the courses, and can help you book a tee time that works best for you. Current shop hours are 7am till 7pm daily. The number to the Championship Golf Course is (775)832-1146 and the number to the Mountain Golf Course is (775)832-1150.

Online Tee Time Registration

To register online, go to http://golfincline.com/ , hit the “courses dropdown” in the middle left of your screen, and select the “reservations” option. Select the course you wish to book, and select Resident or Non-Resident. You will then be prompted to fill out some information about the tee time you wish to book. Once this information has been filled out, you will receive a confirmation of your tee time.
